Store help centre
We realise that ordering online may seem a bit daunting, so this help centre's here to clear up some things.
Delivery
The Pisp.co.uk store will gladly ship to the United Kingdom for free. This does not include British Overseas Territories.
Shipping to the rest of the world is not free. Orders to European Union member states (other than the UK) will incur a £1 delivery charge and orders to outside of the European Union cost £2 in delivery.
All items will be sent via Royal Mail, first class. There is no option to upgrade.
If there's any problem with your order, we will, of course, let you know as soon as possible via the email address you provide.
If your item has not yet arrived and it's been 28 days then get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.
Returning stuff
We're sure that you won't ever need to send something back since it's all so great. But, if there's something wrong with your item or you don't like it, send it back to us within 28 days and we'll refund you the money. We do ask that you pay for the postage to send it back to us, thanks. There are no restocking fees or anything like that.
About payment
Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment is processed over a secure connection by Google Checkout. We must receive your payment in full before any items are shipped.
Safety and security
Payment is processed through Google Checkout over a secure connection. We do not receive your full credit card number, all payment processing is done by Google Checkout. Whilst Google does include Fraud protection, it is your responsibility to check that your computer is secure and that you are not falling victim to any sort of attack or exploit. Things to look for:
Check that the address starts with https://checkout.google.com/ and look for a padlock icon either near the address bar or in the bottom-left hand corner of your screen.
For an additional layer of privacy, you can choose not to share your email address with Pisp.co.uk. Google will act as a proxy between us, so when we send you an invoice, we'll send it to Google who'll send it to you.
Pricing
Our prices are reasonable. We earn about 50p on the items here, which goes directly to the people behind Pisp.co.uk for website maintenance first and foremost, and then for us ourselves to have a little treat. Google takes a slice of about 20p from each order for processing and the rest is P&P and resources required for the actual item.
All prices are in GBP ("£"), also known as "Pounds Sterling". Orders from overseas may be placed.
Sharing
All of the stuff in our store is licenced under Creative Commons, so you can buy once and photocopy if you'd like. This is especially useful in schools and colleges. We draw the line at selling on our work, however.
